Hey there, its been a while. Unfortunatly since I got back from Israel last month I havent had many chances to shoot.

But this past weekend I went down to Baltimore. Sunday was spent downtown, and lucky for me the St Paddy's day parade was taking place and I got some shots I liked.

Bear Mountain, New York

Took a trip up to Bear Mountain today to try to catch the last of the foliage. not much luck but did get a chance to go to the mini zoo that they have in the state park there and get some shots of a bald eagle.

New Black Rapid "Curve" or Rs-7

Since January I have been using the Black Rapid Rs-1 strap and wonder how I ever used a traditional strap. For those of you who arent familiar with the strap check out this video:

It is a great strap and on friday they announced a new model, the Rs-7. It is a lighter weight strap with an adittional bumper so that you can "lock" your camera where it rests without it bouncing up and down.They also have accesory pouches which will fit on the strap itself

I got a chance to use it today for the first time and can confirm that they made an already great strap that much better and its a must have if you carry your camera for any period of time

Atlantic Beach Sunset

Got a chance to take some shots of sunset tonight by Atlantic Beach. Showed up right as the sun was disappearing but still got a few minutes of shooting in.

As the sun was about to fade a large group of seagulls took flight, which led to the following images and Lastly, there was a lone man fishing off of the rocks, whom I decided to create a silhouette of :

On Wednesday I had planned to go to Governors Island with a friend of mine little did we know that its only accessible to the public on weekends so we improvised and took a helicopter tour of the big apple. I got stuck in the middle seat so it was kinda difficult to shoot but I did get a few good images

Today was spent in teton village where there is a great gondola ride to the top as well as Jenny Lake where there is a huge waterfall only a half mile hike after a short boat ride. here are some of the shots from today:

Hey All,

I am taking a trip to Yellowstone National Park and will be spending most of my time shooting. just loaded up on some additional photo gear for the trip. I picked up some more filters and the Kenko 1.5x extender which will work with my 70-300vr.

Each time I walk in the back street to get to my apartment I see this basketball hoop which is aging, so today on my way home from work I grabbed a shot of it and then processed it in lightroom with the Dark Horse preset (which can be found at http://foxyurl.com/64J)
